1. Scope and Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Syriana GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") to the customer (hereinafter "Customer") via the website Syriana.com.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.


2. Conclusion of Contract

  • The presentation of products on the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an online catalog.

  • By clicking the "Place Order" (or "Buy Now") button, the Customer places a binding order for the items in the shopping cart.

  • The contract is concluded only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or by delivering the goods.


3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Prices: All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) or US Dollar $ and include the statutory Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping: Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during the checkout process.

  • Payment Methods: We offer payment via [e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Twint, Prepayment]. The Provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods based on credit checks.


4. Delivery and Retention of Title

5. Right of Return and Refunds

  • Voluntary Return Policy: In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases (unlike the EU). However, Syriana GmbH offers a [e.g., 14-day] return policy provided the goods are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Costs: The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the Customer.

7. Data Protection

The collection and processing of the Customer's personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on Syriana.com (text, images, logos) is the property of Syriana GmbH or its partners. Any use or reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.


9. Amendments to the T&C

Syriana GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of the order shall apply.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Provider and the Customer are governed by Swiss Law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Syriana GmbH in Bern Switzerland.
